Payment & Cancellation

1. Session Fees & Payment Method

  • All session payments are processed online through the Psyche Tingle website
  • Payments are accepted only through the available digital payment options provided on the platform

2. Payment Timeline

  • First session: Payment is collected after the completion of the session
  • From the second session onwards: Payment must be completed before the scheduled session
Sessions will be confirmed only after payment requirements are fulfilled.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel sessions subject to the timelines below:
48 hours or more before session 90% refundable
24 hours before session 75% refundable
2 hours before session 40% refundable
Within 2 hours of session Non-refundable
This policy helps manage scheduling and ensures fairness to all clients.

4. Rescheduling Policy

  • Rescheduling is permitted up to 4 hours before the scheduled session
  • Sessions can be rescheduled to another available time slot, subject to availability
  • Requests made after the rescheduling window may be treated as cancellations

5. Late Arrival Policy

  • Clients are expected to join sessions on time
  • Late arrivals will not result in session extension
  • The session will be shortened to respect scheduled time slots
  • Excessive lateness may result in the session being considered a missed session, without refund

6. No-Show Policy

If a client does not attend a scheduled session without prior notice, the session will be considered a no-show and no refund will be issued.

7. Exceptional Circumstances

In rare situations involving emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, refund or rescheduling decisions may be considered at the discretion of Psyche Tingle.

8. Acceptance of Policy

By booking a session with Psyche Tingle, clients acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to this Payment & Cancellation Policy
